NSFW Detector

Note: watch the NSFW Detector section of my blog for information on updates to this extension.

NSFW is an extension for Mozilla-based Web browsers that makes links with rel=”nsfw” attributes less noticeable. Below are two screenshots of a paragraph of text that contains a few NSFW links; the first image shows how it normally appears, and the second image shows how it appears if you have the extension installed.

You can customize the extension to style NSFW links in any way you choose by specifying CSS styles for both default and hover states.

The latest version of NSFW is version 0.1.4.

NSFW is compatible with Firefox 1.0 through 3.0b4, Mozilla Suite 1.7+, Flock, and SeaMonkey 1.1.

If you’ve tried NSFW and didn’t like it, let me know why not. If you’re having trouble with the extension, e-mail me at cfinke@gmail.com.
