		<description>I agree with Christopher about that.  You can choose how much information you put on your profile (publicly available to all those you allow to see it), therefore you shouldn't have any objection to someone accessing it.

If you do, remove it.</description>

		<description>I think by allowing someone to "friend" you, you implicitly allow them to do whatever they want with the data in your profile that you have explicitly allowed your friends to see.</description>

		<description>From the Dept. of Splitting Hairs... I mean really. I completely understand why FB has that clause, however. Remember that little js trick the kid on Myspace used to exponentially increase his friend count?

One question: what if I don't want Scoble to scrape my info and take it elsewhere? I didn't necessarily give him the right to port my contact info to another service, did I?
