We were 10 people 4 years ago. We're approaching 125 today. We've had a very few people leave the organization in that four years. 

In the same week that Scott and David announced their departure, we hired a half dozen additional full-time staff. Mozilla's growing fast and we're early in ramping up major new initiatives so my guess is that pace is going to accelerate rather than slow down -- at least for a while.

But, yes, if you're interested in Firefox, the Open Web, Mobile, or Email and Messaging, please do let us know. We're always hiring.
