At least it's easy to remember...

My wife just used the "Forgot my password" form on the MNCPA's website. The automated response was, how you say, not very helpful:

Your username and password are….?

This is definitely a candidate for WorseThanFailure.

    Thank you for bringing this error to our attention.

    We apologize for the email your wife received. Your post helped us to correct an unknown issue. As a non-member, your wife didn't have a log-in and today our message lets users without an account know this, rather than sending blank information.
